Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic we will have to change
the way that we practice till further notice.
All girls are required to due 2-3 hours of conditioning with coach
Sherma every week. This is to keep our skills up
and to keep the kids in good shape.
Parents are more than welcomed to join in!!
*This will be done through Video conferences on Zoom. A link will be posted on team snap at 3:20 and the classes will go from 3:30 - 4:30. All girls are expected to participate in 2, the 3rd will be optional
*Please have an area cleared for your child to be able to do slits
and jumps safely without hitting anything.
*It is recommended to have them conditioning on fitness mats or carpet.
If you do not have a mat or carpet than doing it outside would be the next best option.
If they can not do this and have to do it on tile then please have them wear sneakers.
