Our Team.

Coach Sherma is the fearless leader and visionary behind Jupiter Elite All stars and Cheer Time and More. After years of experience with school cheer, Sherma cheered as a competitive and sideline cheerleader at Florida State University. Go Noles! She then became an instructor with the National Cheerleaders Association, performing and teaching all over the U.S. as a part of the collegiate staff. Sherma has worked as a coach for all levels of cheer: Mustangs (the Jupiter local recreational team which she also is the Director), Jupiter High School, Florida International University, The Kings Academy, and Jupiter Elite All Stars! Outside of cheer, Sherma works as a Fire Fighter Paramedic in Palm Beach County. Through her "mother program", Cheer Time and More,  she runs fitness training classes, and one on one specialized training for fitness competitors! A champion herself in the Fitness Competition world, Sherma has trained a number of successful athletes and continues to help people of all ages get in shape and get healthy! As a mother and an active community member, Sherma's passion, education, and experience help keep Jupiter Elite constantly rising!
